TLP’s Mini-MBA programme is designed to provide young professionals with the core developement in the major disciplinary areas covered in an MBA programme.
TLP’s Mini-MBA programme is a three week programme that is tailored to match the specific development needs of individuals and their organisations, while at the same time providing the foundation for future development modules.
It is not a substitute for a traditional MBA programme rather that, in conjunction with other development intiatives it can deliver the business knowledge and education to young leaders who need to accelerate their development and value to the organisations.
