Programme Design
- Subject areas are defined and initial conversations with faculty are undertaken to discuss potential session content.
- Faculty are selected and briefed on the exact requirements for their contribution. Session-specific learning objectives are defined. Individual sessions are integrated into a seamless programme design.
- Local Faculty is used where the right expert is available.
- Programme architecture is created, setting out the structure of each module, the timescales, and length of the programme.
- Fine tuning completes initial programme design. The Programme Director works with the client to ensure that the language of the client organisation is used.
- Success criteria for the programme is established along with the method of programme review and post programme evaluation.
