Programme Design

  • Subject areas are defined and initial conversations with faculty are undertaken to discuss potential session content.

  • Faculty are selected and briefed on the exact requirements for their contribution. Session-specific learning objectives are defined. Individual sessions are integrated into a seamless programme design.

  • Local Faculty is used where the right expert is available.

  • Programme architecture is created, setting out the structure of each module, the timescales, and length of the programme.

  • Fine tuning completes initial programme design. The Programme Director works with the client to ensure that the language of the client organisation is used.

  • Success criteria for the programme is established along with the method of programme review and post programme evaluation.
