Programme Delivery

• A Pilot programme is the starting point for the implementation of any customised leadership programme to test the robustness, delivery and fit of the design against the programme objectives. A thorough evaluation and review is undertaken at this stage and through the life of the programme. Any areas for improvement are identified and adjustments implemented.

• Engaging the hearts and minds of our delegates is essential to ensure new ideas are accepted and enacted upon. We understand that the delivery is as important as the content which is why all our faculty have a great reputation for their ability to engage an audience, creating a distinctive learning experience.

• Senior Leaders and Executives from the client organisation are an important part of the delivery team. They add gravitas, motivation and increase the impetus on delegates to capitalise on the development opportunity.

• Location and timescales are driven by the client as well as the availability and location of the delegates.
