Thomas Sherman has been Professor in Management and Organisational Behaviour at INSEAD and CEDEP (European Centre for Executive Education) since 1985.

Previously, he held posts as Professor of Interpersonal and Organisational Communication at IMEDE (International Management Institute- Lausanne University) and as Professor in Communication, Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology, Toronto, Canada.
In addition to his academic roles, Thomas is Partner and Senior Consultant at the “Executive Research Institute” (Lausanne, Switzerland) – a position held since 1985.
