Michael applies his wealth of industry, professional, and coaching expertise to the development of leaders and managers. His in-depth understanding of business practice and management realities enables him to align leadership and talent development with business strategies and challenges, and to ensure that development objectives are integrated at organisational, team and individual levels.

Qualifications and Achievements
Michael holds an MBA from Cranfield School of Management, a BSc Honours Degree in Applied Mathematics and Statistics from the Open University, and the Advanced Certificate in Executive Coaching from Human Technics in Bristol. He is a member of the Chartered Management Institute, and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
