Elizabeth is an internationally recognized author, consultant and speaker focusing on change, leadership and organisation development.  She develops CEOS, Boards and senior managers to be strong global leaders, and has won Mentor of the Year and European Women of Achievement Awards.

Elizabeth advises Board Executives on leading strategic change in their people and their organisations.   She has worked with many of the top FTSE 250 companies and has an international reputation for her ability to coach CEOs, particularly during periods of change, in the art of Political Savvy (strategic influencing in an ethical manner) and leadership in today’s diverse and extremely complex organisations.

Career Background
Elizabeth led the UK Leadership Capabilities practice at Mercer Delta Consulting Ltd. She joined from The Change Partnership which was acquired by Whitehead Mann / Korn Ferry, where she was a Partner.  She was a Non-Executive Director at Green Bay Media for 6 years, and now sits on the Boards of Forum UK and Sapphire Partners.

Her projects span a broad range of activities from; shaping business strategy, restructuring divisions and companies, assessing FTSE 250 Board Directors, developing senior leaders and top teams, crafting strategic culture change, strategic influencing and leveraging the power of leadership diversity.

Publications
Her years of consulting with CEOs and their top teams resulted in the book entitled 10 Things That Keep CEOs Awake – and How to Put Them to Bed. A sample of other publications includes:  The End of Tolerance? which outlined Elizabeth’s practical approach to business diversity issues.  Elizabeth co-authored The Changing Culture of Leadership – Women Leaders’ Voices – a research-based book about women leaders based on research that was carried out across 20 industries in the UK.
