His primary achievements focussed on the development of mixing academic approaches from the world’s leading business schools, including Harvard Business School, London Business School, IMD and Duke CE, to engage leaders working together on real issues. This has been strengthened by encouraging leaders to teach what they learn to each other and their teams.
Previously Steve led Executive Development for Motorola University and was responsible for the development and deployment of the ‘Chairman’s Leadership Institute’ with Kellogg School of Management.
Steve believes that you can only develop leaders by understanding the world of the executive. He encourages executives to grow by helping them understand and act on their critical role to grow more leaders.
Steve is an experienced facilitator of senior leadership events, offsite meetings and leading strategy reviews.
In addition Steve is an active supporter and facilitator at Columba 1400, a charity dedicated to the leadership development of young people who come from ‘tough reality’ backgrounds.
