Morgan Chambers launched her own leadership consulting and executive coaching company in 2007. Her stated objective is to have powerful conversations that create new possibilities for leaders which lead to committed action.
She combines her passion for people development with hands-on experience of business leadership, coaching and mentoring in order to bring about lasting, positive change in individuals and within organisations.
She has extensive experience of HR management, particularly leadership development and talent management. She has facilitated group wide executive development programmes with structured coaching and mentoring schemes for individuals.
Morgan specialises in using existing and relevant business challenges to support the development of leaders through action learning sets and to create improved individual and business performance.
As an experienced coach of senior executives her client /employee successes are in the areas of career and transition planning, personal and business performance effectiveness and improvement of work life balance.
Morgan has worked in a range of industries and territories, including Canada, New Zealand and Europe. Her most recent roles have included Group Head of Leadership Development for an international utility, Global Organisation and Development Director for an international publisher and Vice President of Human Resources Development for Europe, Middle East and Africa within a global financial services company.
Through her previous executive leadership roles and role as an internal coach, Morgan has worked with senior individuals in a variety of organisations and sectors.
Morgan is a graduate in Psychology and has a Masters in Organisational Psychology in addition to an advanced diploma in coaching and mentoring. She is also a certified coach. Morgan is currently on the Editorial Board of The Talent Management Review which focuses on issues of development, succession and retention of talent.
