Jan Dauman is Chairman of IBLF’s Russia Advisory Council and CEO and founder of the Intermatrix Group, an international consulting firm, specialising in corporate and business strategy, market entry, government relations, strategic alliances, corporate responsibility and venture development, including innovative finance.
Jan Dauman is on the Board of Central Europe Trust (CET), the investment advisory firm dedicated to the CEE/CIS region and engaged mainly in corporate finance transactions and private equity fund management. He is the CEO of CET-InterMatrix in Russia, following the link he created between the operations of InterMatrix Group in Russia/CIS and CEE with CET.
Prior to setting up InterMatrix, he worked for IBM in Europe and for MW Kellogg. He has been a Director of Several US and European companies and serves on several Advisory Boards. In Russia, he was a founder member of the Advisory Board of the Association of Independent Directors and acts as the UK representative of the Russian Federal Property Fund. He is a Partner of ‘TLP’, Co-founder the Russian Partnership for Responsible Business Practices (IBLF Russia), Founder Member of IBLF Russia International Advisory Council, Board member of the Russo-British Chamber of Commerce, and a Trustee of the John Ryder Memorial Trust.
Jan has degrees in chemical engineering from Imperial College and management from Yale and a PhD in economics and management form London University.
